Master plan for a Palmer and Krisel Home that needed a major landscape overhaul and possibly whole house removal. The strange pie-shaped lot did not take advantage of the golf course frontage vistas.
Phase 1: Simply cleanup front and back yards from 30+ years of debris and neglect.
Phase 2: Fill in existing pool to fountain depth for a pleasant view outside the kitchen and dining windows. and then build a new pool and poolhouse structure taking advantage of the large yard and golf course views.
Phase 3: The house itself was in bad need of repairs and it was proposed that the home itself could be demolished and only keep the front exterior facade (in the event that the neighborhood should ever gain historic neighborhood status.) and double the square footage for future re-sale value.
