The primary room included bad carpet and some cheap tile. The original 2 tone floor was re-established using 2 different shades of linoleum.
The fireplace wall had 3 layers of siding. These were removed.
Underneath the brick was broken and had to be repaired for safety.
Finally, white landscape marble rock was glued to the wall one rock at a time for a classic 1960s rock wall fireplace look.
Kithen was taken down to the studs to move laundry to a seperate laundry nook in the middle of the house.
Bathrooms were both rehabbed. Guest bathroom with new surface treatments.
Master bath with a major excavation of the original sunken tub, replacing with a Roman style tub.
