Pistachio Palms, Las Vegas, NV: Triplex – Studio Unit

This studio unit is roughly 200 square feet in total. Thus is was essential that this small space had as many built-ins as possible. there was an existing bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and there was a kitchen with sink. The bathroom was expanded so that it could accommodate a full sized tub. And a new Ikea kitchenette was installed with a sink and dishwasher and enough counter space to accommodate a toaster oven and hot pad. Complete with a sputnick lamp overhead, it is a quintessential 1950’s bachelor pad.

Three sinks for Pistachio Palms, several light fixtures and these beautiful Danish walnut closet doors were all rescued from an old 1960s buildings that was demolished.
