Bathroom rehab included a new tub due to sewer line malfunction. The only way to repair it was to smash out the old tub! We opted to chip out only the bottom half of the tile so we would not have to re-do the entire back splash and since the new tile could not match the 50 year old tile, we just did some random pops of color to make it intentionally different.

The newly installed cantilevered sink was rescued from a historic 1960’s building about to be demolished. It replaced a standard Home Depot cheap wood sink cabinet.
