A lot of graffiti and cleanup, but overall a straightforward rehab project: electric, plumbing, paint, kitchen, bath and tile. Oh wait – I forgot – we had to replace every single window on a block wall house with no wood surrounds.

We installed a brand new HVAC, so the old wall heater was removed and we put in a nice little alcove for books or knick knacks.
