M Modern Gallery from Palm Springs was considering a property in the Arts District of Las Vegas. These layouts for proposed gallery space were developed. they included a store, cafe, public space, permanent galley space, rotating galleries and an artist-in-residence studio apartment.
This pitch also included a design for a rotating neon sign!
