The tiki-theme details drove the design process. Not a lot of work was required on this home. New sheet linoleum was installed and a simple landscape plan and small back porch that mimicked the front outrigger beams look and feel.

The kitchen has classic 1960s design linoleum. We found New Old Stock in the same pattern at Linoleum City in a perfct constrasting color. we bought all they had and it was enough to finish off the rest of the house!!!
Details
Staging this home was very fun! Additions included a pineapple doorbell, tiki by the front door and simple lava rock firepit in the back yard!
